A Months Worth Of Friday Favorites

I was loading pictures onto my computer from my phone and didn't realize how many very random pictures of things I love were on there. And since it's Friday I thought a "Friday Favorites" was appropriate. This is a list of ...

Stuff and things I love:

-Taking my kids to the park (the climbing wall is a must if you have active boys)

-Playing in the sand (we could spend days and days and days in the sun and sand)

-Drinking coffee and playing cards with my sister (mommy time is a must from sanity's sake)

-My furry baby, Maci (yes, she is just as sassy as she looks in the picture)

-Mexican food (my very favorite)

-Dandelion bouquets from my boys (they actually brought me a whole bucket of them but I thought one cup was probably enough)

-Iced coffee in the summer (this glass is Irish cream flavored)

-Bright pink flowers (from my grandpa for Mother's Day)

What A Difference A Day Makes

Yesterday, to surprise my hubby, I mowed the lawn before he got home from work so he wouldn't have to do it. I then decided that since the weather was so beautiful I should really take advantage of it because it wasn't likely to last.

I made myself a glass of strawberry lemonade, read a book and soaked up all the sun.

As you can see, my prediction was correct. It rained last night and it's still gloomy and drizzly.

Oh well. At least it's not snow!
